Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by two parents or legal guardians.
Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be able to check in. Same rules apply should the accompanied parent or legal guardian leave property or occupants unsupervised or occupants display undesirable behavior disturbing the peace of others eviction will follow immediately.
